I was selected as one of the winners in PDN Photography Annual 2013! In the Photo Book category, with the book «Wings of Desire – Learning to Fly» The winner’s gallery was published in the June 2013 issue of PDN. Very very happy !!!

Jury for OKK sin høstutstilling «På skinner» 2012
Jeg ble spurt om å være jury sammen med fotograf Peder Songedal, for Oslo Kamerklubb sin høstutstilling «På skinner». Det var veldig gøy å bli spurt og det var en utfordrende og krevede oppgave ! Mange bra bilder var sendt inn, så det var ikke lett å måtte velge ut kun et gitt antall bilder. Utstillingen ble vist i Kunstpassasjen på Jernbannetorget i november og desember 2012. Utstillingen ble veldig fin !

Wings of Desire – book project 2012
For a decade I have been photographing on a project together with my brother. He founded the suspension team «Wings of Desire» in 1992 and has since then hosted Oslo SusCon gathering people with an interest in hanging from hooks thru the skin. I have been following the events as often as possible, taking pictures.
For a long time we wanted to make a book, and when Wings of Desire had its 10th anniversary in 2012 we made our book «Learning to Fly».

Utstilling i Sandefjord 2012
Veldig hyggelig å få stille ut på Prommenaden kulturhus i Sandefjord. Utstillingen var i august og september 2012.

FotoFreo, Australia 2012
«FotoFreo is a month long biennial festival of photography that showcases the work of Australian photographers alongside leading photographers from Asia, Europe and North America.The festival consisted of exhibitions, projections, portfolio reviews, workshops and a programme of discussions about the work exhibited and other issues relating to photography.
FotoFreo 2012 also included two photographic projects, one by Martin Parr, the other by Western Australian photographer Bo Wong.»
What an honor it was to be invited to exhibit at this festival ! I owe a big thanks to Nordic Light photofestival in Kristiansund and FotoFreo in Perth/Fremantle for this great experience. And to all the wonderful people who helped me all the way.
I also owe a huge thank you to DOF Subsea, who sponsored my ticket to Australia so I got to be part of this unforgettable journey !
